Our softphone works on Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android devices. You can use it on computers, smartphones, and tablets with a reliable internet connection.
No special hardware required! You can use your existing computer with a headset, or your smartphone. For best quality, we recommend a good USB headset from a well know vendor such as Plantronics, Jabra, Sennheiser or Yealink.
A phone call uses the most data which is around 1 Mbyte per minute. As such, you will not notice much difference to your data usage when using a softphone.
Mobile softphones use Voice over IP (VoIP) transmitted over your cellular data connection (4G/5G), meaning call quality is highly dependent on the quality of that connection.
