From Vision to Reality

Founded in 2006 by Michael Knill, a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), IPC Solutions began with a simple frustration: big telco providers weren't serving small and mid-sized businesses effectively.

What started as contracting for enterprise and government clients evolved into something much bigger when he identified a critical gap in the market. Small and mid-sized businesses lacked access to feature-rich communication systems that larger enterprises took for granted.

Today, we serve over 200 clients across Australia with innovative, value-driven solutions that put the customer first.

Our Journey

2006 - Foundation

Michael Knill founded IPC Solutions, starting with contracting for enterprise and government clients while identifying market gaps.

2010-2015 - Development Phase

Experimented with open-source communication platforms and developed a fully functional communications system, expanding the client base.

2017 - Full Focus

Michael left government contracting to focus entirely on IPC Solutions. Grew to serve over 100 clients and built a team of expert staff.

2025 - Present

20+ years of expertise, over 200 clients across Australia, strong partnerships with Managed IT providers, and leadership in VoIP solutions.
