We have implemented tiered pricing which means that the more users on the system, the cheaper each additional user will be. Tiered pricing is used for the following reasons:

  1. Each client has their own dedicated server infrastructure which is factored into the price for the first 10 users
  2. Support is usually not linearly user dependent e.g. the cost to support 20 users is not twice as much as 10 users

We use an Enterprise Grade softphone solution which costs us money for its use. Our margin is extremely low so that we can be as cost competitive as possible.

Typical Onsite Installation is based on a typical system installation using desk phones but there are a number of factors that can determine the cost of installation such as:

  • The type of endpoints such as softphone or desk phone
  • The type and quantity of Number Porting requests required
  • Whether any network infrastructure is required such as Power over Ethernet switch or VPN gateway
  • What optional features are required
  • Training requirements
  • Selection of the Bill Reconciliation option (included in the typical install as it is highly recommended)

These other factors are identified at the time of proposal creation and therefore may vary the typical installation value.

A Typical Onsite Installation includes the following:

  • Setting up a private Cloud-based telephone system and configuring as per identified requirements
  • Installing & configuring desk phones on site
  • Up to one hour of training on the new system
  • Porting your main number(s) to the new system
  • Perform a telecommunications bill reconciliation to assist in cancelling services no longer required; we will also liaise with your existing provider to minimise hassle to you

If you are a new business, some of the above won't apply and associated charges will reduced accordingly when a formal proposal is done.

No. Hardware will need to be selected or existing hardware may be used, if compatible with the system. IPC Solutions will help with product selection during the proposal process.

Yes. We offer an option called Hardware as a Service whereby hardware is owned and warranted by IPC Solutions for 24 months with a buyout figure of $1 per item at the end of this period. Please let us know if you require details for this option.

Simple call queue's are provided as a standard feature but as there is a considerable amount you can do with queues in this solution it can get pretty complex which would usually require additional support.

As such, Simple Call Queueing is defined as the following:

  • Generally only a single queue
  • Pause buttons on agent phones
  • Initial and Periodic Announcement

Anything outside this basic functionality may require additional installation and support charges to be levied. Please dont hesitate to contact us with any questions.

The pricing provided is based on a standard setup with typical traffic profiles, which might not suit your specific business or organisation needs. An example may be that you have a large number of phones that don't make that many external calls. In this case we are happy to provide a custom proposal tailored to your unique situation.

The monthly cost shown is accurate for the specified number of users and relevant plan where no optional features or services have been selected. For example, utilising Softphones for one or more users will increase the monthly charge.

We only service businesses which generally don't pay GST so its logical for us to provide the figures this way. To compare our pricing to other providers, multiply our figures by 1.1

The CMX telephone system can utilise most Yealink phone models, and certain Cisco phone models. If you have phones that are supported, be careful to check that you own the phones rather than leasing them (such as what happens with TPG Bizphone).

Yes we can! We are experts in providing Internet connections and managing your local network so have a chat with us about your requirements and we can add it to our proposal.

Our goal is to minimise the business impact of a system migration as much as we possibly can. Depending on your current phone system, we may be able to completely install the new system in parallel with your current system and cut over the new system once you are comfortable to do so. Where this is not possible then we will install phones after hours ensuring that relevant staff are trained ready for the next day. Feel free to speak to us about any concerns you have with the migration process.

Although we are based in Canberra, we can service all of Australia though our trusted partners. As we are currently expanding into other regions, we may not have a partner in your local area. Note that this does not preclude us from installing your system as we may not even have to attend your site so feel free to contact us to discuss.

The following process will occur:

  1. You are put through to a partially populated contact page to provide some basic details which you submit
  2. Once submitted, our goal is to contact you within 1 business day get a better understanding of your telephony requirements
  3. Once complete, a proposal is sent to you via email and also our electronic signature software for simple signing
  4. A follow up phone call is organised to discuss the proposal and about any edits that are required
  5. Upon signing the proposal, the install process is kicked off
