We use highly reliable hyper-converged hosted virtual infrastructure, based on VMware vCloud, which is housed in Tier 3 Data Centres in multiple capital cities.
This provides extensive fault tolerance whereby a telephone system with active calls can move from one virtual host to another without loss of any calls.

We also have considerable reliability in our softswitch environment which is redundantly hosted in Sydney and Melbourne and connects to multiple upstream providers.
